Reseller inventory and profit tracking, without the spreadsheet

Most resellers start in Excel or Google Sheets and outgrow it: multi-item hauls do not fit in rows, formulas break, and nobody updates the sheet on a Saturday at a car boot sale. Flippo records every purchase, every item and every sale, and works out your real profit for each one - including fees, shipping and everything else you spent.

What Flippo does

Flippo is not a crosslisting tool - it does not post your listings for you. It is the part that tells you whether the flip made money.

Where you can use it

Flippo runs in any phone or desktop browser today, and that is the whole app: purchases, inventory, listings, sales, expenses and reports.

Flippo in ChatGPT

Flippo is live in ChatGPT. Add it there, sign in to your Flippo account once, and you can run the ledger in plain language: "bought a box of fourteen games for 600 kroner at the flea market", "sold the Wii for 450 on Finn", "what did last month earn after fees and postage?", "what have I had sitting longest?".

The difference from asking ChatGPT on its own is where the numbers come from. Every figure is a lookup in your own Flippo account rather than an estimate, it asks before it writes anything, and whatever you record there is in the web app a second later. You can disconnect it from ChatGPT whenever you like.
